Project Details

For this project, our team delivered a comprehensive collection of advanced shading solutions designed to integrate seamlessly with the school’s existing building management system.

Externally, our team installed motorised roller blinds engineered to integrate into the sandstone façade, along with motorised folding arm awnings to provide shading for outdoor areas. Internally, we supplied and installed drapery on motorised and manual tracks and venetian blinds equipped with sun-tracking technology, enabling automated adjustment based on solar position for optimal daylight control. These systems were configured to integrate into a Niagara-based control platform and fresh-air automatic louvres, creating a synchronised solution for light and ventilation management. This integration was designed to enhance energy efficiency while maintaining a comfortable and productive environment for students and staff.

The result is a fully integrated shading system that combines functionality, aesthetics, and intelligent automation to support the school’s architectural and environmental objectives.
